An artificial black dye belonging to the azo group. Based on its chemical similarity to azo dyes, it is believed that it may trigger hyperkinetic syndrome and allergic reactions in sensitive individuals—particularly those sensitive to salicylic or benzoic acid (E210) or those suffering from asthma. Frequent consumption is not recommended. Avoid!
